  • Being a small bespoke business means it doesn’t make sense to have pieces in stock. When you order a piece of ROBINI jewellery you have the knowing that the piece of jewellery you order is being made by hand especially for you.

    On occasion there will be pieces available for immediate purchase. Those will be indicated where you add items to your cart.

  • In general - I aim for shipping in 10 working days from ordering.

    There can be some variables involved and if there is going to a longer time frame required, you will be notified by email. Please also let me know if you require a piece of jewellery urgently and I will do my best to accomodate you.

  • PAYMENT METHODS

    All prices are shown in NZ dollars. And all orders are shipped from New Zealand.

    International orders may be subject to local taxes or duties, ROBINI is not responsible for and has no control over these charges.We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal. We also offer Buy now, Pay later with Afterpay.

    We can accept direct credit to our bank account in New Zealand only. Just choose ‘bank transfer’ when you check out.You will receive an email confirmation with our bank account details. If your payment is not received within 7 days of your order date, your order will be cancelled.

  • If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact me within 24 hours of your online purchase. Any changes made after this time period may incur a fee as I may have already started making your piece.

  • Sale items are non exchangeable and non refundable.

    SHIPPING TIMES

    Your shopping cart displays the goods you have purchased. In stock items will be dispatched within three working days of receipt of payment and we will email you if there are any delays. Please note if your item is not in stock it will be made to order and therefore may take up to two weeks to be completed before being dispatched. All orders are shipped from New Zealand.

    Orders to destinations within New Zealand will be sent by courier post couriers and are tracked. Items may need to be signed for, so if you are not at home we recommend having your item sent to your work address. Items will arrive within 1-3 working days of receiving your tracking information.

  • If a package does not arrive, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within fourteen days from confirmation of dispatch. We will do everything we can to assist you if you wish to make an insurance claim.

    We are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, items we send if:

    • the item is seized by Customs or any other government agency.

    • the item is sent to a country where no postal or courier service exists.

    • the loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control.

    • the loss or damage occurs after delivery.

    • the item was authorized to be sent without tracking.

  • Please note that ROBINI has a 7 day returns policy: Any items to be returned must be shipped/postmarked within 7 days of delivery date. Please follow our instructions below if you wish to make a return:

    Inform us of your intent to return by emailing customer services at hello@robini.co.nz

    • Place the items in the original box.

    • Complete the returns form and include inside the box.

    • Tape the box closed securely.

    Ship with your chosen courier or postal company - we recommend using a traceable and insured method so that your carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery. Please keep a record of your tracking number.

    Important – we ask that you please DO NOT write ‘Jewellery’ or Jeweller’ anywhere on the address label as this poses a considerable risk for loss, as directed by NZ Postal Services.

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION

    There may be additional charges for postage on the new item.

    Sale items are non exchangeable and non refundable.

    Make sure products are exactly as you received them - unworn and in original packaging.

    All products must be returned in their own undamaged box or pouch as this is considered part of the product.

    If you guess your ring size and the ring needs to be altered, you will incur an alteration fee. Please visit your local jeweller for your ring size or email us to request a free ring sizer if you are unsure of your size. Not all ring sizers are created equal. Your finger will react to hot and cold temperature change and will affect the fit of your ring at times. Please contact us if you are unsure about purchasing a ring.

    Any Rings outside our standard sizing of 5-9 (J-R1/2) are considered custom items and we will charge a resize fee if an exchange is required. Custom items are non refundable.

    Unless the goods are damaged or defective or not as specified in your order, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

    If the goods were faulty or incorrect then the cost of return postage will be refunded to you.

    Refunds will not be given if the goods have been damaged by you, this includes damage caused by inadequate packaging by you when returning goods.

    Refunds are issued by way of exchange or credit note (excluding the cost of postage). Credit notes are in the form of an online discount code. Valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

    Please note we do not issue refunds for a change of mind.

  • Each and every piece of ROBINI jewellery is made by hand, through fabrication methods starting with flat sheets of precious metals. Through this process many of the pieces are hollow constructed and have edges which can be vulnerable to damage. For this reason rings are made with a heavier gauge metal but still require care.

    Often I will be able to smooth out knocks and bumps, but if a piece gets dropped it may become beyond recovery. Each mark on a piece of jewellery turns the piece into your story. Inherently making you part of the jewellery.

    Every piece is finished by hand using brushed and burnishing techniques. These matte finishes will polish up to a shine with consistent wear.

    The nature of the brushed finish means that a piece may more easily hold the oil from our skin and become dull. Using hot water and a little dish washing liquid, drying quickly with a handy towel will return the lustre of the metal.

    Please take extra care not to get water inside the hollow of the piece of work. Maintaining the piece with the holes facing towards the sink will help ensure this, as does removing rings when hand washing.

    Take care to ensure the sink hole is covered.

    If an item of ROBINI jewellery is not being worn regularly it will become prone to oxidation.

    To help slow down this natural process it is best practice to store each cleaned item away separately in an airtight storage.

    Trade secret: Zip Lock bags, although not glamorous - work magically for this.

    ROBINI offers a free cleaning service on your piece of ROBINI jewellery at any time. Please email for our return address, and include a SELF ADDRESSED return courier post courier bag when returning pieces for cleaning.

    As a general rule treat your piece with respect – although rubies and sapphire set jewellery can handle most knocks other gems are not so hard. It is best not to swim, garden or expose rings to chemicals (eg: household bleach, strong cleaners etc). Moisturisers, perfumes and tanning creams can tarnish sterling silver and dull gold – I suggest for longevity you remove jewellery BEFORE any activity that may damage it.

    Every purchase of ROBINI jewellery is an investment. It is an investment in something precious made by my hands, for you.

    Every piece is sawed, soldered, shaped and sanded without the use of mass-produced manufacturing machinery, cad-cam processing or casting.

    Handmade jewellery is labour intensive and takes an incredible amount of time to develop and produce. Unfathomable hours go into each piece.

    As the maker, I am intimately connected to each piece of work. Every line, curve and detail is placed with thought and intention.

    The materials used are of the highest quality and value. Sourced from highly reputable and trusted suppliers. I only work with precious metals in their purest forms. No base metal plating.

    ROBINI jewellery is dedicated to sustainability and ethically sourced materials.

    Small-scale production ensures higher quality, from start to finish every piece is inherently quality controlled as by nature of the making process.

    With every purchase of handmade jewellery – although an investment, and maybe something that requires saving for, you are contributing to something much bigger.

    Your are purchasing an intimate limited piece of the artists heart and soul, and a heirloom for future generations to come.

  • We will repair any manufacturing fault at no cost within 6 months of the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required.

    Manufacturing faults do not include:

    • Chipped, cracked or broken gemstones.

    • Broken chains.

    • General wear and tear including rings that have bent out of shape, or oxidised.

    If you would like any of the above repairs made, we can assess the damage and will let you know the cost before proceeding. Any item that was purchased outside of the 6 month warranty period will be charged for repair/replacement.

  • ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

    By accessing, browsing or using this site, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions, as well as any relevant disclaimers contained herein. Further, by continuing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. By purchasing a product from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

    ROBINI reserves the right to change any or all of the information contained herein at any time and you should constantly check the current terms and conditions. ROBINI reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders at their sole discretion. Any orders cancelled by ROBINI, but paid for, will receive a full refund.

    WARRANTY/GUARANTEE

    ROBINI jewellery is made to the highest standard using quality materials. To prolong the life of your jewellery, so that you can enjoy wearing it for years to come, we ask that you take the time to review the care instructions upon receiving your jewellery.

    In the unlikely event of a workmanship defect ROBINI will repair the item free of charge (excluding postage) for 6 months from purchase. Thereafter, we will be happy to repair your jewellery for a small fee. Please contact us to arrange this prior to returning your jewellery.

    We regret however, that any jewellery damaged as a result of not following the care instructions, must be replaced at the customer’s own expense.

    We access every return individually. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a restocking or repair fee if the item has been damaged.

    PRICING

    All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZ$). All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

    SECURITY

    When you purchase using our secure online credit card facility, you can be confident that all of your details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for the purpose of the transaction fulfilment.

    All payments are securely processed through a third party payment gateway. No credit card information is stored by ROBINI.

    ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

    We are not responsible for any typographical errors or inaccuracies set forth in this website. The information, prices and discounts set forth herein are subject to change without notice. If there are any changes after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

    ORDERS

This offer may be accepted or rejected by ROBINI for any reason, including, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order. Your contract with ROBINI will only come into existence when you have fully paid for your order and ROBINI provides confirmation that your order has been accepted.     LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

    ROBINI will take every care in packing and dispatching your purchase but is not responsible to the buyer or any person claiming through the buyer for any loss or damage to goods or products caused by any event of any kind by any person. ROBINI is not responsible for any loss of items that are wrongfully signed for and accepted by a third party.

    While ROBINI has endeavoured to display accurately the colours of products, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.

    PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

    ROBINI and its suppliers attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing products detailed on the site www.robini.co.nz. However, ROBINI does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. All pieces are individually handcrafted, while every endeavour is made to give an accurate description of the products available – each and every piece will vary slightly due to its handcrafted nature. If a product offered by ROBINI itself is not satisfactory as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition, for refund of the purchase price. The cost to return courier these products to us will be at your expense.

    The laws of New Zealand govern any contract arising out of this website, and all disclaimers, terms and conditions and terms of use.

  • We may be able to make your piece in a special stone or metal on request - these are all considered custom items and are non exchangeable and non refundable. A 20% deposit is required on all custom pieces at the time of order. All deposits are non refundable.
